Aladaga Ltd makes Aladaga, software for construction and the support services behind it, on the web and iPhone. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it.
This website
- aladaga.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
- The servers that deliver the site receive standard request details, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve pages and keep them secure.
- If you email us, we use your address and message to reply.
The Aladaga app
- Your account. Your name, email address and sign-in details, so you can sign in.
- Your company's work. What your company puts into Aladaga, such as plans, scans, measurements, prices, estimates, documents and messages, is used only to provide the services your company has chosen.
- Connected software. When your company connects other business software, Aladaga uses only the access you grant, and only to provide those services. If you choose to save sign-in details for connected software, they are used only for that connection.
- AI. Some features use AI model providers to understand requests and prepare work, so the content a task needs is sent to them for processing.
Keeping your information private
Your company's information is available only to the people your company invites, and to Aladaga staff when needed to run, support or secure the service.
Sharing
We use service providers for hosting, sign-in and AI processing; they handle data to run Aladaga for us. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email calvin@aladaga.com. You can end Aladaga's access to connected software at any time from that software's own settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its date.
